The position requires creative vision to support the projects of Intelligent Creatures as well as hands on production skills.<br />
  <br />
Produce 3D elements and complete final shots to a very high standard for various applications that may involve some or all of the following disciplines; modeling, texturing, shading, lighting, tracking, animating, scripting, rendering. Will have a thorough knowledge and ability to use the tools that produce Digital Animation; i.e. Maya, Houdini, etc, and be able to take direction from Visual Effects Supervisor, Producer and Team-Lead.<br />
  <br />
You will have artistic flexibility, versatility, ability to match and/or adapt 3D elements to suit a range of production designs, along with the following:<br />
<br />
- Creative problem solving.<br />
- Driven by the desire to do innovative, high quality work.<br />
- Must have good understanding of both technical and creative aspect of projects.<br />
- Firm commitment to meeting deadlines.<br />
- Use and maintain approved file structure and accepted internal workflows.<br />
- Strong design, composition and colour skills.<br />
- Ability to work and finish tasks unsupervised, as well as in a team setting.<br />
- Ability to complete 3D projects according to the expectations and budgets implemented by Intelligent Creatures.<br />
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing with a wide range of individuals <br />
  - Skill, knowledge and understanding of visual effects, production and implementation.<br />

  SPIN is looking for a Pipeline Developer to implement and improve our existing in-house pipeline, asset management, production management, and tools suite.<br />

  This position involves design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of productivity-enhancing tools for artists and supervisors.<br />
   <br />
  The role requires strong technical and problem solving skills, experience in software design, graphics, and production work flow.  Communication and the ability to work within and amongst teams is critical.<br />
   <br />
  <u>Duties and Responsibilities</u><br />
   <br />
  The position will report to and work closely with the Pipeline Supervisor, but will also be expected to work independently when implementing and developing tools.  The role involves working with artists, both one-on-one and in groups, in order to publicize tools and establish tool requirements.  There is also interaction with the systems department in order to deploy software.<br />

  <u>Education Experience / Skills</u><br />

  -       film or television production experience<br />
  -       degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a similar hard-science field<br />
