Hello,

I'm the director for a new short film called The Sphere.  We are hoping this is going to be one of the most spectacular short films ever made. The film is about a young man who has to take a sphere around downtown Los Angeles to a laser device that will eradicate an alien invasion, however once the sphere is activated by him and his father, the aliens begin a large scale attack on him and a car chase through the city ensues.    

We shot the film last year and now are finishing up post production.  Approimate run time is 14m with 110 VFX shots. We have the whole film motion tracked and all of the models are built.  Currently I'm in need of a few more animation artists to work in Maya and to help my VFX supervisor meet our March deadline.  We have most of the film mapped out in After Effects, but just need to put everything into Maya and get the motion right.  I am looking for all types of VFX artist to also work with myself and my company on future projects that actually pay well.  

This project does pay. Not great but definitely something. I am very respectful your time.  I will also accept artists who can only work on bits and pieces. Might be a good way to make a few extra dollars all while being apart of something special.  I believe in this film, I believe in it potential to be more than a short.  I also believe in loyalty.  I'm looking to have a small but efficient team to work with to create mind blowing VFX that will get us much bigger projects in the future.  

I just finished being the art director for the opening to the Super Bowl 46 with Faith Hlll.  With this film, I want to put it in the hands of these type of people and come proper with a team of people that help make outstanding commercials and films.  Hopefully with our cool little story, this film could take all involved to a whole new level.
